While the Fluz mobile app is great for purchasing gift cards and earning cashback on the go, our team received some insightful feedback from our community. Mainly, trying to copy and paste your Fluz gift card information from an app on your phone to your desktop or laptop wasn’t the smoothest or fastest experience. Similarly, our business users would have to navigate back and forth between the mobile app and the business web portal since the business portal lacked some features and functions that were on the mobile app. Our team listened to your feedback, and we aimed to do better.

Our team set off to create a seamless, unified platform that brings the full Fluz experience to the web. With the new Fluz web platform, you can now do everything you love on the mobile app like browsing and purchasing gift cards earning cashback, tracking your rewards and easily accessing your gift card details all from your desktop or tablet. Designed for convenience, the web platform ensures that no matter where you are, managing your Fluz account is effortless and intuitive. Through the team’s thoughtful approach and countless iterations, we built the Fluz web portal.

For most, this means purchasing a Fluz gift card on their desktop and seamlessly redeeming that gift card on the same device. For our business accounts, this means no more navigating between the app and power portal to perform different tasks. Ultimately, our team wanted to create a better experience for our community and address the common pains points impacting our users.
